It cuts through baguette, cheeses, or whatever you need easily without marring the beautiful Acacia wood of the board to keep it in pristine condition. The bar board makes a great wedding or hostess gift. For best and proper care, hand wash the board and dry immediately; the knife is dishwasher safe. The board measures 9” L x 7.25” W x 1” D; the knife measures 7” long.
